Well, it is almost upon us! I’ve been a bit lax with newsletter writing lately, so I’m pulling up
my socks and getting onto it.

Our final Winter Wednesday bridge Spring Fling will run on Wednesday 27 August. This is a fun day of dressing up to herald in Spring. We look forward to seeing hats garlanded with daffodils and freesias, your brightest clothing, ties and scarves.

In our club we have people who, not only are devastating bridge players, but who have other amazing skills and talents outside of the bridge room. One of these is Barb Robinson, who won the Black and Coloured Sheep Breeders Award.

Easter Monday is an Open Night. Anyone in the Club is welcome to come and play. It is best
if you find yourself a partner. Come along and enjoy the company.
